On the Speightstown boardwalk just north of Fisherman’s Pub, The Orange Street Grocer is a bright, welcoming deli-bistro that opens straight onto a shaded deck overlooking the sea. Run by the ever-cheerful Nick, it’s beloved for its charcoal-fired, wood-oven pizzas, fresh organic salads, healthy bowls, baguettes, homemade cakes and properly good coffee from the Italian machine — much of it farm-to-table and made from scratch.
A relaxed all-day spot, it’s equally good for a sea-view breakfast, a lazy late lunch after the beach, or a pizza-and-wine dinner on Fridays and Saturdays. With a constantly changing blackboard menu and genuine vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options, it has become a firm Speightstown favourite for locals and visitors alike.
