Where the Mediterranean meets the Caribbean: Deia Beach is an upscale beach club and restaurant tucked into a semi-private cove on Maxwell Beach, next door to the Bougainvillea.
The brainchild of creator Dominic Seale (with influences gathered from Mallorca to Miami), it’s designed as an all-day south-coast escape — settle onto a sunbed with full beach-chair service, or take a table in the dining room.
The kitchen leans Mediterranean, built on fresh local produce: house-smoked guacamole, meze platters, market ceviche, watermelon-feta salad, truffle-mushroom risotto and the signature Deia pizza. Cocktails come courtesy of Netflix-featured mixologist Tao Zrafi, and the whole place hums with an easy, chic, barefoot-luxury energy.
