Taboras brings a touch of Caribbean elegance to the beachfront at Fairmont Royal Pavilion, with a story rooted in the history of the estate itself. Named in tribute to renowned landscape architect Fernando Tabora, whose gardens helped shape the character of the property, the restaurant carries his legacy of bringing lush tropical surroundings and the coastline together in harmony.
Today, the open-air deck provides a beautiful setting for fresh Bajan flavours and shared dining, with family-style dishes designed to bring people together. The menu features local seafood, grilled meats and vibrant salads, alongside afternoon tea, tapas on the deck and a Saturday beachfront BBQ.
