Hidden away on a quiet stretch of beach in the heart of Speightstown, right next to Fisherman’s Pub, Little Bristol is a much-loved, old-school Caribbean beach bar with a raised deck looking straight out over the turquoise sea. Unassuming from the street but full of character, it has built a devoted following among locals and returning visitors for its laid-back vibe, friendly staff and glorious west-coast sunsets.
The kitchen turns out tasty, well-priced Bajan “pub grub” — famous shark wraps and fish cutters, burgers, rotis, fish cakes and salads, plus souse on Saturdays — best enjoyed with a cold beer or rum punch as the sun goes down. Live music on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday evenings turns the deck into one of the best little sundowner spots on the coast.
