Bombas is an oceanfront restaurant on Barbados’ West Coast in Mullins, St. Peter, built around a genuine farm to table and sea to table philosophy. It’s curated by Wayne, a born and raised Bajan whose roots run through the business, from raising livestock on a small farm in Chimborazo to sourcing fish from the market he grew up close to. The result is a menu centred on fresh, organic, locally sourced ingredients, blending Caribbean flavours with international influences.
The restaurant also offers event dining services, bringing the same kitchen and flavours to private functions and special occasions, alongside its regular oceanfront dining.
