Café Sol is a vibrant Mexican grill and margarita bar in Barbados, known for its lively atmosphere, bold flavors, and colorful cocktails. Located near the St. Lawrence Gap, it’s a favorite spot for delicious Tex-Mex cuisine, sunset views, and fun nights out.
In St. Lawrence Gap (or “The Gap” as it’s also known), you’ll find a wide variety of dining options as well as fantastic beaches and some great hotels, all of which offer a convenient location from which to explore the nightlife offerings of The Gap on foot. Our next-door neighbour, The Yellow Bird Hotel, offers incredible ocean views across St. Lawrence Bay and a central Gap location that’s hard to beat!
Stop in for lunch or dinner, or just a snack on the patio overlooking St. Lawrence Bay. Our margaritas are famous, and we offer a huge margarita list and have recently created one of the most extensive mojito menus in Barbados
